BCCO NYC is one of the highest-rated print shops in the Tri-State area. When you choose to work with us, you get far more than what typical online printing companies offer. We value long-term business relationships and take pride in working closely with our clients to bring their ideas to life.

Our team is highly trained and dedicated to providing individualized consultations with real printing experts. We take the time to answer your questions, review details, and make sure every part of your project is thoughtfully planned and executed.

With limited exceptions, most orders include a pre-production sample. You’ll receive a high-resolution photo of the finished sample and may choose to approve it in person at our office or remotely. While we always recommend approving a physical sample when possible, we’re happy to move forward with photo approval once confirmation is received. This process helps ensure every order meets — and exceeds — expectations. We also offer rush printing services, including same-day fulfillment when available.

Our open-concept office welcomes walk-ins, while appointments are encouraged for more in-depth consultations. Whether you’re a career designer, a growing brand, or someone placing a one-time custom order, we provide a concierge-level experience tailored to your needs.

Clients may choose to work with garments supplied by BCCO NYC or provide their own items through approved guidelines. No matter the project size, our focus remains the same: quality, transparency, and exceptional service from start to finish.

Process

As a high-end boutique custom print shop, BCCO NYC is dedicated to delivering both an exceptional experience and the highest-quality finished product. Getting started with us is simple and straightforward.

We welcome you to give us a call to discuss the details of your project. Once we’ve answered any initial questions, you’ll be directed to our online quote form, where you can provide all the information needed for us to build an accurate quote.

Any quote form submitted before 5:00 PM will receive a same-day response. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM will be answered the following business day. If you have questions about the quote form or would like help completing it, feel free to call us — we’re happy to walk you through the process.

After reviewing your submission, we’ll email you to confirm the details and provide pricing. Once the quote is approved, we’ll generate an invoice. All invoices must be paid in full before production begins.

Next, we’ll create and send you a digital mockup for approval. Mockups are visual representations of your design and may not be to scale, but they include written specifications that our production team follows precisely. Production will never begin without your approval.

Once the mockup is approved, a first-run sample is produced. With limited exceptions, every order includes a pre-production sample. You’ll receive a high-resolution photo and can choose to approve it in person or remotely. While we always recommend approving a physical sample when possible, we’re happy to proceed with photo approval once confirmation is received. For non-rush orders, turnaround time begins after sample approval.

When your order is complete, we’ll notify you that it’s ready for pickup. If your order is being shipped, tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

Donations

While our primary focus is delivering the highest quality printing and service, BCCO NYC also takes corporate social responsibility seriously. Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, BCCO NYC is not responsible for items left on our premises for more than 45 days. After this period, unclaimed goods may be donated.

Throughout the year, BCCO NYC collects and donates unclaimed or unwanted garments to a variety of charitable organizations. We’re proud to support causes that help put clothing to good use and make a positive impact.
