Embroidery is the process of decorating garments using stitched thread for a durable, elevated, and professional finish. Garments are hooped and stabilized during production to ensure clean stitching and long-lasting results.
We offer a wide range of embroidery styles to fit different looks, applications, and garment types.
Embroidery Options:
- Standard (Flat) Embroidery: Clean, classic stitching ideal for logos, text, and detailed designs on apparel and hats.
- 3D Puff Embroidery: Creates a raised, dimensional effect — commonly seen on baseball caps. Best suited for simple, single-color designs with bold shapes.
- Athletic Tackle Twill: A highly durable method using laser-cut twill pieces that are stitched onto the garment. Perfect for jersey-style numbers and lettering, but fully customizable for other designs.
- Custom Patches: Available in various sizes, shapes, and styles for sewing onto garments, bags, and accessories.
Digitizing & Thread Colors:
- A one-time digitizing fee applies for new custom embroidery designs
- Reorders of the same design do not require re-digitizing
- Clients are welcome to visit our shop to select thread colors, or request specific thread colors when placing an order
Minimums:
- No minimums required for embroidery
