Location

Ed Sullivan Office Building

BCCO NYC
1697 Broadway, Suite 302 (3rd Floor)

For the best experience, especially for consultations or detailed projects, we recommend emailing info@bcconyc.com ahead of time to check availability or schedule an appointment. Entering the building requires Photo ID for security.

How Does Pricing Work?

Pricing is calculated on a case-by-case basis. Factors that affect pricing include turnaround time, quantity, print method, and artwork complexity. All orders are quoted individually based on project details.

Do I Need to Make an Appointment?

In-person appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.

For questions, quotes, or to schedule time with our team, please email info@bcconyc.com or call 347-836-9116.

Orders may be dropped off in our lobby after an invoice has been paid in full. You will be notified when your order is complete and ready for pickup.

Can You Ship or Deliver My Order?

Yes. We ship domestically within the United States and can also arrange messenger delivery within New York City. All shipping and delivery fees will be added to your invoice.

Can I Supply My Own Garments?

YES, clients may provide their own garments. All provided items are subject to our Provided Garment Policy.

Important notes when supplying your own garments:

  • BCCO NYC is not responsible for the replacement cost of client-supplied items
  • In the event of a misprint or defect, the client must provide a replacement garment
  • BCCO NYC will cover the cost of reapplying the decoration only, or issue store credit equal to the decoration cost
  • Full garment replacement is offered only when garments are purchased through BCCO NYC
  • Client-supplied garments carry increased production risk and do not reduce pricing
  • Garments must be clearly labeled by size, color, and style
  • Individually bagged items are not accepted
  • Orders over 12 pieces shipped directly to BCCO NYC may incur an unpacking and inventory fee

At BCCO NYC, we’re committed to delivering the best possible results for every order. While we encourage clients to source garments through our trusted vendors, we’re happy to work with items you provide, provided they are new, clean, and free of damage. We do not print on used, soiled, or defective garments.

If you choose to supply your own items, we’ll coordinate a lobby drop-off time or provide shipping instructions in advance. To ensure your garments are received and processed correctly, all items must be boxed or bagged and clearly labeled with the following information:

To: BCCO NYC
ATTN: Your Name
Invoice Number:
Contact Information:

Please note that all printing methods carry a small degree of inherent risk. While we take every precaution and maintain a near-perfect success rate, BCCO NYC is not responsible for damage or defects to client-provided garments that may occur during the production process.

If you have any questions about our provided garment policy, we encourage you to reach out — our team is always happy to help clarify and guide you through the process.
